I am looking for the descendants of David A. Martin and Caroline McClain Martin. Their children were Ary Ann McCauly, Minerva Sims, Elvina Smith, Susan Fox, Cynthia Carmack, Margaret Hansley, Silas D. Martin, Rebecca Rollins, Thomas M. Martin, John R. Martin, Emily Letitia Russell (my gg grandmother), and Edward Dowell Martin. They were born between 1833 and 1855. I would like to correspond with any of the descendants or anyone who knows about the family. I am especially interested in learning the names of David Martin's parents.

I am publishing a Family History on the Souther Family. I would like to know of any Souther's or family connections. Henry Souther, 1712, Culpepper County, Va. Also Stonecypher connection. Stephen Souther, Wilkes County, N.C. 1780. Michael, Joshua, Jesse Souther, McDowell Co., N.C. 1800's children came to Georgia about 1836. Also COMBS family connected with Souther's in N.C. Any persons that would have family connections in these lines I would like to correspond with. My line of Dyer's came from Wilkes Co., N.C. from Halifax Co. and Caroline Co., Va. to N.C. Collins line from Virginia, N.C. to Georgia.

I am seeking information on my grandparents: My grandmother was Caroline Elizabeth Mabe born in Carroll County, Virginia and married Lemuel J. Frost. I'd like to know who Caroline's parents and grandparents were and where they are buried.

I know Caroline had a twin sister but I don't know her name nor do I know if she had any more sisters or brothers.

I also would like to know who Lemuel J. Frost's parents were. My father thinks their names may have been Jonas and Celia. Lemuel had three brothers that my father remembers named Clark, Will, and Albert Frost.

So any descendants of these families that have any information, please let me know. I'd appreciate it.
