1 cup each of:
cucumbers sliced
cabbage chopped
carrots
green beans
celery
sweet peppers
onions
green tomatoes
Soak cucumbers, peppers, cabbage, onions and tomatoes in salt water overnight using 1/2 cup salt to 2 quarts water.
Cook carrots and beans, mix all together. Add 2 cups vinegar, 2 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons mustard seed, 1 tablespoon celery seed, 2 tablespoons turmeric. Boil 10 minutes. Can.
If you don't cut it too fine, it's good as a finger food.
